Thanks for the advice Michael. Ultimately, I'm sure I'm just being impatient. Regardless, I plan on sticking with it to see what happens before I change anything. I continue to drink about 7 or 8 bottles of water a day. If nothing else, I will schedule an appointment with the trainer & change up my workout if needed.
Weight Dec 11, 2011 = 558 lbs (size 60 waist)
Goal for Christmas, 2012 = 358
Ultimate weight goal = < 300 pounds TBD
Current Weight = 397 lbs (size 48 waist)
