No special diet? Then balance-->> 55-60/20-25/15-20
If you're not on any special diet then the answer is a balance. I follow the USDA Food Pyramid of 55-60 carbs, 20-25% protein, 15-20% fats ...I'm interested in seeing what others say is working for them.
