I bought 'Sportzone' soy protein shake from Shoppers Drug Mart a few days ago. I don't really find it makes me feel full longer but this was the cheapier kind too. I use it after I exercise but not as a meal replacement. If I just do cardio I only 1 scoop (half dose) but if I do cardio & weights I use a full dose (2 scoops).
They taste good. I like to have a bit to eat after a workout too but only half a 'regular' meal since the shake has plenty of the nutrients needed.
I bought the chocolate flavour too since thats the only choc. I have now (ughh).
