WW is a good program
I used it in the past and lost 50 pounds. What I liked about it is that you can eat anything as long as you stay within the points range. At the meetings they do encourage healthy eating of course and my leader always had GREAT recipes. I have regained about 25 pounds but that is due to an injury which made it difficult to exercise and then I stopped counting points. I am currently able to start exercising again and am ready to lose the weight, however I am unemployed now and cannot afford the meetings even though they don't cost that much so I am trying to do what I know I need to do and use this site to help.
