On track. Lost the easy first 4 lbs that aren't fat, and 1lb/week after that, plus a little more at this point... 8 lbs in 3 weeks so far, 11 lbs to go on the scale, but I plan to put a few pounds of muscle on between now and mid-April. Putting muscle on while cutting down IS possible; I've done it before, and I'll do it again this time! /Jim F
