A reinstall certainly wouldn't hurt. It's possible something got corrupted, especially since online syncing is more complex than a regular stand alone application.
I just read today under FD PC that you can request the CD. I would imagine if you still have your registration information and contacted FitDay (the link is in the FAQ's thread in my signature) you should be able to get the CD. It sounds like that's the way to go. A reinstall.
