You goal weight really depends on your height. For example a 5ft 10 person weighing 160lb would be normal weight whereas a 5ft 5 person of the same weight would be considered overweight. Sometime it's alot healthier not to think in terms of weight but in inches. athletes are alot heavier than they appear and may have an overweight BMI because of the weight of their muscle so BMI isn't always acurate. However all women should aim for a 30inch waist or bellow, try make little goals in inch loss (such as lose 5 inches within a given time) until you reach that healthy waist size (which ideally should be about 70% of the size of your hips).
