Hey....I'm just saying.....every calorie counts at this point for me, and I do this virtually 8 hours a day while I'm sitting at my desk.
Some of the activities they list are quite humorous. So, I think fidgety leg bouncing is totally acceptable! ( I do it too, much to the annoyance of my loving husband.) I vote "add" fidgety leg bouncing!
