So its a New Year, and while my weight loss journey didn't/doesn't begin on Jan 1, it seems like a good day to post an update.
Been exercising a lot, eating better, and cooking at home the past couple of weeks, and its (slowly) making a difference. My weight as of this AM, is 333lbs.
With my goal of 10lbs/month, I hope to be 323 by Jan 31st.
I also ended up buying an xBox Kinect over Boxing Day, and bought the Biggest Loser video game, for the days I can't get to the gym or its raining out.
