Hi
I am on day 15 eating raw. I eat only uncooked friut and veggies, nuts, seeds, and sprouts. Green smoothies are staple for me. I lost 8 lbs in 12 days, now I am holding steady, not losing and not gaining either. I feel great and really do not miss cooked foods very much at all.
