Mike, Huge in a Hurry looks like just what I need! 25 to 30 minutes I can commit to. I don't mind a little pain, but it needs to be convenient and fit into my lifestyle. I sure do like the idea of 20 lbs. of muscle in 16 weeks!

I think I'll go ahead and get a copy of the book while I'm getting my "gym" cleaned out. Thanks!
