Sugar has been requested repeatedly. As for trans fat, most foods today have eliminated it so this really shouldn't be an issue. If you're eating so much trans fat that you need to track it, you can do it by the old fashioned way. But I highly recommend that you avoid trans fat at all costs.

Think of food as fuel for the body instead of feeding emotions
