Default Weight Lose Tips

APPLES: Along with strawberries, oranges, peaches and grapefruit, apples contain pectin,
a form of fibre that can make you feel fuller for hours
EGGS: Think of them as little protein bombs. Plus, they're a good source of iron and lecithin, which is critical for brain health......

Good advice on the apples. I just started taking apple pectin supplement so that I can get the benefit without the added calories.

eDiets is another of the great diet food delivery programs that we can recommend to busy dieters who don’t have much free time to take advantage of. Its simple and time saving to use and you can lose weight easily by just eating the high quality, fresh prepared meals.

I've been eating whole eggs since July and have eaten many dozens over that time. I try to eat a half hard boiled egg a day (this limits cholesterol). Not too many whole foods are really "bad" IMO when done in moderation.

I have at least two eggs pretty much every day, and have for the past couple of years--doesn't seem to have stopped me from losing weight

Now, they are from my own chickens, but I don't think that makes much difference (though I do burn some calories taking care of them).

Regards,
Michael

Oh yes, there's one born every day. Maybe they can find a thread in which even more mods are in.
