Great tip. I recently discovered the many uses of plain yogurt also. It's fun to whip up new flavors of dressings and dips using just the yogurt and a small amount of light mayo -- about 1 tablespoon per cup of yogurt. Then add spices such as Greek or Italian seaoning blends, Mrs. Dash's, or your own favorite spices. This is much better than the store-bought light dressings and dips, IMHO. By the way, what the call "Greek" yogurt is nothing more than regular yogurt that has been strained to remove much of the water. You can easily
make your own.
