Kudos on your success so far. I am a lifetime-Atkins person--but I do fall off the wagon once in a while. It doesn't look like you are getting enough vegetables. You should be getting a minimum of 15-20 net carbs each day in leafy greens and the other veggies on the induction list. Of course, you could be in OWL now--add berries and nuts.
