New + Getting a "jump start" on the New Year!
Hi,
I'm Stella from Colorado. I'm 53, mom and soon to be grand mom!
In 2006 I was 230+ pounds. Lost 76 of them, but over the last 1-2 years have gained back about 30 pounds. They have to go!

Good job putting the breaks on things before they get out of hand .
I think you will find that logging your food will be just the boost you need. Some of us are religious about it no matter where we are on the journey, some log for the loser's phase and drop out. Lots of us stay connected, logging here and there, but find that it really, really helps with the maintenance phase.
Welcome aboard!

I just started too. I lost a good bit of weight in 2009 and weighed 180 pounds (still not my goal weight but I was beginning to feel like me again). I felt great but didnt watch what I was eating.... have put back on 43 pounds and weigh more than when I started in 2009!
This week, with a little help from tracking my eating and sticking away from bread and junk food I have lost 9 pounds. Good luck with the jump start!
