I do it like Lizzycritter does,too. There's just not a good calculator here (my only Fitday complaint). When I plug in more complex recipes I have to open a Word Doc and do a cut & paste of the amount's nutritional stuff under every ingredient. Then add them up and get totals of the nutrients for the entire recipe. Then divide into single serving sizes and that's what I plug into my custom food here at Fitday (and put the serving size in the title). Very long, but it's the only way I've found that works...good luck.
