Stay away from white breads, they are useless calories. If you use a multigrain bread they can have as much as 5 grams of fiber per slice (and are low glycemic Glycemic Index Food Chart
). So the turkey burger wedged between two slices of Arnold multigrain will give you 10 grams of fiber right there. Of course you don't have to use bread. I suggested turkey burgers so you get away from the super high saturated fat of sausages.
