I hope to switch to green tea when I get closer to goal weight, right now I've got enough on my plate. For me, it's not enough caffeine to keep the headaches at bay. I do enjoy a cup of tea when I have the "bored munchies", watching tv and I'm not truly hungry but my hands want something to do. Zero calorie snack food.
If I keep starting over, eventually it will stick, right?
