I wish you much success. Having thyroid disease also, you understand how much harder we have to work for our bodies to let go of weight. We can do it, it just takes a little longer. I have to constantly remind myself that this is a lifestyle change and to be focused on healthy decisions and the weight will come off...it is a marathon, not a sprint. Stay determined and you will see results. I am in week 4 and I have lost 6 lbs ( I am finally under 200) and I have another weigh in tomorrow but more importantly, I am feeling a million times better!
