Great article! I've been there, done that, (twice) and have the 8x T Shirts to prove it. Well this time, to be perfectly blunt, $%#@ the million-odd years of evolution that say I will be super obese again. It's just NOT going to happen.
I decided long ago that I must track my calories forever, and I can live with that. I'm glad that the researchers found that people who do that have maintained their losses. I think I'm old and wise enough now to know my own limitations, to accept them, and to work out a plan that I can live with and still maintain a healthy weight level.
