Howdy! ...and a fiber question.
Hi there. I read about Fitday online and just started a low carb change of eating about a week ago. I read somewhere that you can use a setting to add the fiber to your daily food diary and then just subtract the fiber from the carbs yourself. I can do this if I can figure out how to add the fiber listing to my food diary. I am using the free online version now. What do I do to get the fiber totals up there? Thanks!
