The beginning of a long road
Day 1 started at 214.8
I'm doing well at keeping track of food and everything, but (day 5) last night I ate a taco bell. I was so hungry and was just caught off guard at a moment of weakness.
Its Day 6 and I'm at 212.4, so some what of a difference but I know physically there probably aren't any noticeable changes. I'm worried I'm going to fall off the wagon again. Just trying to keep it up and keep the changes coming.
