I'm going to lose 30-35 pounds this year!
My original goal was to lose 30. But since I'm 5'10" and 205 lbs, that would put me at 175 pounds, which is just over the "overweight" threshold. So, my goal is now to lose 35 pounds, and who knows, maybe a little more!

I need to drop 35 or 40. Have weights but like cardio. I have my road bike on a trainer in the basement and an elliptical machine at home. Mostly, I need to quit eating everything in sight.

I've was very successful in 2009 in my weight loss. I am done from 264lbs in January to 180lbs today, and have about 15 - 20lbs more to go.
2010 I will be focusing on those final 15 - 20 lbs and also focus on building muscle. I'm not looking for a bodybuilder physique, but I want to look good decent on the beach.
