Way to go Wanda! Every step you take is a step closer to a healthier you! Much of my exercise until the past few months had been simply walking. It is very good for you!
April - 35yr 5'10" mom of two teen boys
331.2 lbs 02.21.11 (start) size 28W-30W jeans
229.2 lbs 08.06.12 (best so far) size 16W
256.2 lbs 04.26.13 (current)
Progress 75.0 lbs - 23% of my original weight
Starting BMI 47.52 extreme obesity .... Current BMI 36.76 "simply" obese
