I've just begun running, I'm on week 4 of the Couch to 5K program. I do enjoy it, and I'm proud to say I can now run five minutes without having to stop!
Starting weight: 187 28-Sep-2011
Current weight: 178.6
Goal weight: 160 by 01-June-2012
