Yes! I can't say enough about it! It's called 'zig zagging' and it's not only helped me break a few plateaus, it's also helped me maintain steady weight loss. The week I went to a steady, yet reduced caloric intake, is when I started a plateau. I went back to fluctuating and my weight started to drop again. This has happened twice now.
