Default 6 week challenge - day 1 weigh in and measurements

Hi everyone

I've done my measurements, and weighed in .. 78kg.

The only way is down, right?!

About to jump on my elliptical trainer for 45, and then off to the gym for a group circuit session.

My profile is public, and I am happy for you to watch my progress. I am likely to weigh in most days, but won't be recording this .. well .. maybe if it's on the extreme of good or bad .. but otherwise, it will be a weekly measure and weigh in.

Hope you can join me on this 6 week adventure.

PS I'm new to this, so not very au fait with how to set up these posts etc. At the end of each week, I will log our results and send it through the night before weigh in. Good luck everyone!!
