Hey Binatangmerah, sorry to hear that you're having a rough time of it. The good news is that even when it feels like it's not in your control, you are absolutely in control of your choices and what goes in your mouth. Take lots of deep breaths, and take every decision bite-by-bite if you must. Sometimes just slowing down (mentally & literally) the eating process can help. I wish you much encouragement.
