I have only been doing this for around a week and have lost a bit over a pound. I do not work out right now but need to start. I do yoga once/ week and I work horses a couple evenings/ week. My first goal is to increase the yoga... it's what my body needs. I work a 'mostly' desk job and I'm a full time grad student (I'm 38 years old), so I am not as active as I would like to be. I know that it's an excuse but it seems like there are not enough hours in the day. My energy is horrible right now but I think that's because I'm not moving... not because I'm not eating.
