best options for munchies?
what are some of the most fiiling, yet very low cal foods you know of? I'm looking for fairly safe foods for when the 'feed me' demon is at its worst.
I'm thinking a whole cucumber or head of romaine lettuce, or a few cups of plain poped corn. Thoughts?
