Cool. How much have you dropped, and how long did it take? I've got about 6 to go to reach my goal, but like you, I may have to drop even a few more than that "just to finish off the 6pack". At least at 152 I'll feel pretty comfortable about my weight. Haven't been at 152 for about 15 years.

Are you doing any special diets? Any kinds of supplements? Specific exercises for the gut?
