You took the words right out of my mouth! That is exactly what I do now, that's why it's so hard to lose the last 10. Since I've lost the majority of my weight, and after having a hard day at work, I feel 'entitled'. I need to change my mind set. It's really hard though, because having some wine at night really relaxes me.

7/18//11 ~ 155

12/1/12 ~ 159 (I think my ideal weight)

2/28/13 ~ 174

8/28/13 ~ 174 getting back on track!!!
