Just curious about whether anyone out there is using/trying TRX body weight workouts. I've been using it for about a month now and really enjoying it. It 's a good workout but a lot easier on the body and joints than free weights or machines.

Trx has been in my routine since January. I started learning with a trainer, took some classes and now have it integrated into my weekly routine. It's fun, challenging, and the moves are varied enough to keep me from being bored. The more I do it, the more I challenge myself with it. My whole body is stronger because of it. Cardio is still part of my daily routine /Strength training on alternate trx days.
Trx is the workout I look forward to.

Do you do TRX at a gym or at home? If you do it at home, did it come with a good DVD with workouts?

I saw a demonstration of it at a race and it looked really cool and I was able to try some things. But they were selling it for $180 and that seemed a little expensive for straps with handles. But, I must say that I am curious about it.

Sorry, haven't been here for a while. I do the workouts at home and started with the routine included with the TRX. You can also get other workouts on line.
