My husband got serious about getting healthy and fit and he dropped 50 pounds and is now running 1/2 marathons. I want to keep up with him. I don't want to be the fat put it bluntly. And for myself, of course. I don't want to be embarrassed to do fun things, I live in San Diego and I NEVER go to the beach! Next summer will be different.

I think the slow changes helped me...I didn't drastically change all of my bad habits at once.
