I don't know if my food/activities are visible to everyone else... but I know I'm burning about 4000 calories a day (sedentary lifestyle) and the rest is mostly conditioning with only about 30 - 40 minutes of weights.
My food intake varies. Now.. I put down every single morsel... including splenda and the cream I put in my coffee. Even if I eat a raisin. I've seen it fluctuate from 700 cal to 1800 calories but generally I maintain about 1200. Does that help?
