I'll kick off this thread and get the ball rolling. For those of us wanting to tackle 5-15 pounds, either after a greater loss or because that's all that's needed, this topic is for you.

Personally I'm trying to lose 10 pounds now, a few pounds less than the healthy BMI range. So far, so good. Yet the unknown awaits...
