I used to have a glass or two of wine at the end of a hard day too, not every day, but anywhere from 1 to 3 nights a week. Maybe it's the extra sunshine, maybe the exercise is doing what it's supposed to, but I just haven't felt the "need" lately. Turning down a margarita when we're out for dinner....that's harder to do.
If I keep starting over, eventually it will stick, right?
