These allow you to eat healthier (alot better than 500kcal of french fries), and you can get one of the low-cal dressings. The regular dressing almost doubles the kcals of the salad and chicken alone.

I have really been bad on the vacation so far...so I am going to work super hard to come in lean by November 19th. But, I plan to enjoy the rest of my vacation and hit it really hard starting Sunday.
