Well, the Olympia is right around the corner and I am up a few pounds. I took a diet break all this week and the next and have been having too much fun. I got on the scales and was up to 140...yikes. What the So today I have been good as gold and I plan to be for the next week because I refuse to be walking around the expo or the Olympia shows looking "thick".

I am off UD2 for a few weeks, but I better watch may calories a bit more and keep my protein up.

I am staying at a hotel off the strip that has a fitness center. It has all the dumbells I need and a bench. That is really all I need to keep my training going through the week in Vegas. I plan to train Monday and Tuesday, off Wednesday and maybe Thursday (I will be visiting a friend in Utah those days) and then I plan to train on Friday. Off Saturday and Sunday...then back to my UD2 diet on Monday.
