I am having one of those days that we all have now and then. I am pretty blah today. One thing that helps me feel better is exercise. As much as I hate to pull myself off the couch, when I do I feel so much better. Today was suppose to be my rest day...no gym. I train quite heavy...with weights 4 times a week and I do cardio 2 days a week for 30 minutes on my non lifting days. But, tonite I am going to do some cardio because I am feeling mentally stressed from some personal family challenges. Exercise is great for endorphin release!! So off to the gym I go
