It always goes slower than we want. With the wedding coming up, you are probably under a lot of stress, and adding stress on to yourself by wanting so much to lose the weight. Stress packs on the pounds for me. I sneak a bite here or there off the kids' plates, don't even realize I'm doing it. Even with no change in calories, the weight won't come off when I'm stressed out. And boy, am I stressed today! Sometimes no gain is as much of a victory as a loss. Try to carve out some down time, a half hour of music, a bath, a leisurely walk, whatever you enjoy. Make sure you are sleeping too, if you're exhausted the weight is going to be more stubborn too. You still have 3 months, there's time.
If I keep starting over, eventually it will stick, right?
