Thanks, Dee! This isn't really a dessert, but if I have a sweet craving that won't quit, I like to bake a high-fiber, low carb tortilla in the oven till crispy, then top with margarine or butter (or spray butter) and cinnamon sugar (or splenda, I guess you could do).
It's quick and easy and the tortillas I have are 17 g carbs but 12 g fiber, and 71 calories. They're the Ole Extreme Wellness brand and I think they taste the best; some of the high fiber ones can be kind of stiff
