Applesauce Bars

1/2 cup low fat margarine
3/4 cup sugar substitute (Splenda)
3 eggs or the equivilent in egg substitute
1 cup all purpose flour
1 cup whole wheat flour
2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 1/2 cups unsweetened applesauce
1 cup each walnuts and raisins (optional)

In large bowl beat margarine and splenda until light, add eggs, add applesauce
In another bowl mix the flours and spices add slowly to the egg mixture
Add nuts and raisins

Pour batter into a greased (PAM) 13 x 9 cake pan
Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes

Makes 42 bars at 75 cal each, less if you don't use nuts and raisins
