Cereals... I avoid them. I find that they tend to be heavy on the iron. I'm having difficulty right now trying to keep my iron content to the maximum RDA of 8.0 grams, and many breakfast cereals are heavy on the iron so eating them would put me even more over the usual 10-11 grams I'm already getting.
I've been reading up on the dangers of getting too much iron, and to say it's scary is an understatement!
