Not really new...
...but I just came back on the FitDay forums after a really long time away!
I'm trying to slim down to 117 pounds. I am 5 ft 7 inches and right now I'm 164 (possibly, the scale I have is really weird. I will be weighing again tomorrow, maybe it will work properly. I hope I am not actually 164!).
Is 117 pounds healthy for a person my height?

Sorry, I meant thin not thing. At one point I wanted to get down to 192, I thought I'd look good at that weight but realized that I was still really fat. That's the good thing is that you can change your mind and keep going or stop early.

That's okay, I knew what you meant I think it will depend on how I feel by the time I get around 120-125. Right now I mostly want to get to 120 and see how I am. I dunno if my reasons for slimming down is to impress others or to feel good about myself, but hopefully by that time my reason will be both of those. What do you usually do? How did you have such brilliant success?
