A also end up drinking a lot of water and/or fresh brewed iced tea (with Splenda) to keep myself feeling full.
If my chocolate craving is acting up, I'll snag a Hershey Kiss or two, but I have to only bring that many with me to work, otherwise I'll be tempted to eat more.
