Day One
Hello,
It's my first day at this. I'm anxious atm because I have dieted so many times before but always on my own. I have admitted I find it too hard by myself so I have signed up to fitday. I did have success once and got slim and beautiful but I was starving all of the time lol. So naturally it didnt last.
So the goal is to lose 22kg, through a healthier more active lifestyle that also helps me deal with the comfort eating, ie do something physical instead of eating.
I find your posts so encouraging and motivating. It's not easy but you guys are still doing it and winning! I'm hoping I can do that too.
Thank you for sharing

Kesra,
I understand how you feel about losing the weight. I have also lost weight before and gained it all back plus some. It is very hard trying to do this alone, so I am glad a happened upon this site. I am enjoying it so far and believe me, it has opened my eyes alot. I have been exercising for about 2 months now and haven't lost a pound. I thought I was eatting pretty good, or at least better than before. But when I used for food chart I discovered that mostly everything that I ate yesterday was fat and carbohyrdates with very little protein. So good luck to us both on this new journey of discovering a healthier life and a healthier us!
Thanks for sharing also
