Try cutting back on the exercise by about half for a week and see what happens. I suspect over training/under eating is putting your body under some stress. Sometimes less IS more. More than likely your muscles are retaining water. Remember losing the weight slowly is important so that you can keep your muscles while losing fat. Also, rather than just watching the scale get out a tape measure and use it for another look into what your body is actually doing.
