Rose, 40 minutes moving, always a great feeling!
Mary Ive never been much of a bike rider, but can only imagine the joy of getting to the top of the hill.
SW starting the day with a run is a great way to get it good.

As for me 40 minutes on the elliptical, and ready to rumble!
